This is for package insurance and/or signature requirement to be added to your order at your cost.
in most situations the claims and filing will be done by buyer.
Please be responsible for tracking of your order, and this can be done thru Etsy or via the post office tracking application.
Etsy emails and/or texts you update on the shipping status if you have entered your information. Or you can find the information for tracking number in your profile under purchases.
